1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the WorkoShare mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WorkoShare is a collaborative task management application that enables users to:

• Create, assign, and manage tasks within teams
• Collaborate with team members in real-time
• Share files, images, and documents
• Communicate via in-app messaging and voice notes
• Receive notifications and updates about tasks
• Access daily summaries via WhatsApp (optional)

3. User Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use WorkoShare. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3.2 Account Registration

To use the App, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Provide a valid mobile number and email address
• Create a secure password
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use WorkoShare for:

• Personal task management
• Business and professional collaboration
• Team project coordination
• Educational and non-profit purposes

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• ❌ Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• ❌ Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• ❌ Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• ❌ Scrape, mine, or extract data from the App without permission
• ❌ Use automated bots or scripts to access the service
• ❌ Share copyrighted material without authorization
• ❌ Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• ❌ Spam or send unsolicited messages
• ❌ Use the App for commercial advertising without permission
• ❌ Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through WorkoShare, including:

• Task descriptions and comments
• Files, images, and documents
• Messages and voice notes
• Profile information

5.2 License to WorkoShare

By uploading content to the App, you grant WorkoShare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your content on our servers
• Display your content to authorized team members
• Make backups of your content for data protection
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements

We will NOT:

• Share your content with third parties without permission
• Use your content for advertising purposes
• Claim ownership of your content

5.3 Content Responsibility

We reserve the right to remove content that:

• Violates these Terms
• Violates applicable laws
• Is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate

• You may choose to upgrade or continue with the free version
• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 WorkoShare Ownership

WorkoShare and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by WorkoShare and protected by:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Patent laws
• Other intellectual property rights

8.2 Trademarks

The WorkoShare name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WorkoShare. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

WorkoShare integrates with third-party services, including:

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is"

WorkoShare is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10.2 No Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the App will meet your requirements

10.3 Limitation of Liability

11. Data Backup and Loss

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining your own backups of critical data
• Exporting important information regularly

12. Service Availability

12.1 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide advance notice when possible.

12.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update the App at any time
• Change pricing (with advance notice)

13. Account Termination

13.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the "Delete Account" option in the App
• Contacting support at support@workoshare.com

13.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• We are required to do so by law
• Your account has been inactive for over 1 year

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days
• You can request a data export before deletion

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkoShare, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your content

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

15.3 Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by:

2. Providing a detailed description of the dispute
3. Allowing 30 days for us to respond and attempt resolution

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• We will notify you via push notification or email
• Significant changes will require your acceptance
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkoShare regarding the use of the App.
